Collector-grade card from the difficult E98 issue.  Though a recent find of many, many E98 cards has resulted in a large quantity of high-grade cards from the set, the cards were previously difficult to find, and typically found in lower grade.  These "circulated" cards are almost like a different set from the "Black Swamp" E98s, seemingly more difficult, as high-grade examples from the find seem to appear frequently.
