Exceptional signature from Hall of Famer Nap Lajoie, signed at the bottom of his 1950 Callahan Hall of Fame card and dated 5/6/53, just six years prior to his passing.  Lajoie dated several Callahan cards that he has signed, including two other examples we have handled in past auctions.  This example presents very well, the date appearing just above his printed name with some slight skipping of the ink.  He signed "Larry Lajoie" in blue ink underneath, the signature authenticated by PSA/DNA.
