Attractive card from the 1928 Exhibits issue, featuring Senators catcher Herold "Muddy" Ruel.  Ruel, who passed away in 1963, has signed and inscribed the card in the light area near his shoulder, using black fountain pen.  The signature has been graded NM-MT 8 by SGC, who authenticated the signature and encapsulated the card.  By virtue of his early passing, Ruel-signed cards are tough to find, and this is an exceptional example.
