Highlanders catcher Red Kleinow is pictured here during the heart of his career, in 1909. Kleinow's T206 catching card featuring a full setup of gear, complete with catcher's mask is a favorite of collectors though here we get a better look at both the man and his mitt mid-throw. Photo measures 8" x 10" and is free of wrinkles, tears, and other noteworthy imperfections aside from a creased top-right corner. Verso features Charles Conlon's personal stamp, along with his handwritten identification of Kleinow. This photo is fresh to the hobby and originates from the archives of Photo File, Inc. where it has been stored for several decades until this offering. Guaranteed Type 1.
