Stub from a complimentary pass permitting the bearer admittance to the Red Sox game against the Yankees on September 3, 1913. The Yankees won the game, 11-4, scoring five runs in the ninth inning, with Ray Caldwell and Fred Anderson both pitching complete games because it was a different time (Anderson gave up 7 earned runs on 16 hits). The stub measures just 2 1/16" x 1", and is printed on very thin paper, likely removed from a complimentary pass that was bound into a booklet. Excellent condition with very little wear.
