Frank Chance Day at Comiskey Park was not without a large number of souvenir materials. Billed as "Baseball's biggest day," more than 35,000 fans paid tribute to New York Yankee manager Frank Chance, the former Chicago Cub. Among the less frequently seen of those souvenirs is this attractive blue mini-pennant, emblazoned with gold felt lettering advertising the date and Frank Chance Day. The pennant does exhibit some light wear, including a clipped end and some fraying at the edges, along with minor wear and fading to the lettering itself. Still, an excellent example of the honor bestowed upon the Hall of Fame manager.
