Beautiful 15" x 20" cardboard advertising display sign featuring Ted Williams, surrounded by Sam Davis illustrations celebrating highlights of Ted Williams' 1946 season.  The piece exhibits various signs of wear, including multiple pin and/or nail holes, a stain in the upper-right corner, some wear to the corners, edges, and borders, and light pencil writing on the reverse.  Unlike many of these pieces, there is no sign of professional restoration that we can see, the easel back appears to be original and unused, and aside from some very light surface dirt and the previously-described condition issues, this is a beautiful piece.
