Exceptional 1933 Goudey card, signed in what appears to be black fiber-tip marker by its subject, Hall of Fame pitcher Lefty Grove.  The signature is clean and bold, Grove's attractive penmanship slightly weakened by the ravages of time.  The signature has graded EX-MT 6 by PSA/DNA, though we have seen signatures graded 6 with significantly more fading and smudging (another reason we do not attempt to grade signatures).  An attractive example of a very desirable Hall of Fame signature from the era's most important set.
