1908 postmark aside, this example of Sam Crawford's card from the Dietsche issue carries a 1907 copyright date.  The postal use is evident on both front and back, pencil writing, light paper loss near the stamp box, and overall soiling apparent throughout.  The grade of Authentic assessed by SGC appears to be due to a light trim, though the cut is not distracting from the overall appearance of the card.
