Outstanding baseball content in this partially-handwritten letter from Frankie Frisch to "Leo," perhaps the same Leo who received the letter from Freddie Lindstrom featured elsewhere in this auction (perhaps Leo Durocher?).  Frisch explains he will be living in Fort Lauderdale and lamenting for the days of longer Spring Training seasons.  He signs the letter "The Old Flash - Frank Frisch" and then ruminates on the reverse that Roberto Clemente is "a great all around ball player," stating that the Pirates will miss Danny Murtaugh, and raging about the Pirates' catcher - perhaps Manny Sanguillen.  There is some minor smudging to the handwriting on the reverse, perhaps from some moisture.  The signature is pristine, the letter containing some wonderful baseball content from a great Hall of Famer.  LOA from James Spence Authentication.
