Official Wrigley Field program from the 1938 World Series between the Chicago Cubs and New York Yankees. The program was scored during Game 2, played on October 6, 1938, a 6-3 Yankees win that featured home runs by both Joe DiMaggio and Frankie Crosetti.  The Yankees would ultimately sweep the Series.  Scored lightly in pencil, the program presents well, with a smooth, glossy cover.  Surface wear is still visible, primarily along the edges and spine, as are the telltale signs of age or use that result in a grade of approximately VG.
