Attractive window advertising display celebrating the Burger Beer company's advertising relationship with the Cincinnati Reds. Oddly-shaped die-cut cardboard display measures approximately 20" x 13" at its longest and widest features an illustration of a Reds' ballplayer swinging a baseball bat.Significant foxing and what appear to be light-colored spots appear throughout, some areas of heavy surface wear, a tack hole, edge wear and creasing are evident throughout, most notably at the player's head, which has torn away and appears to have been repaired on the reverse with a piece of clear tape.  A significant diagonal score is somewhat evident in the red area on the right of the sign, far more evident on the reverse.  Still, despite the significant wear, an excellent example of a scarce advertising sign, from the collection of Ted Patterson.
