Group of wooden bat-shaped miniature harmonicas dating to the 1927 season, bearing the name of Babe Ruth. Believed to have been sold at Yankee Stadium during the 1927 World Series, the bats were created by F.A. Rauner of Klingethal, Germany, and measure approximately 3 7/8" in length. Stamped on the barrel is "Babe's Musical Bat," with the interior containing a functioning five-hole harmonica. The bats are quite desirable today, and not easy to find. Each appears in VG/EX to EX condition with minor surface wear and a few areas of scuffing here and there. Three bats total.
