Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA, this T206 card of Jake Thielman exhibits some minor tobacco staining consistent with the Polar Bear brand.  The MC qualifier pertains to the reverse, which is centered high to the northwest of the canvas, to the degree that the beginnings of the top of the adjacent card on the sheet can be seen along the card's bottom edge.  Such print anomalies are highly prized by T206 collectors.
