Pictured in his first season as the manager of the Buffalo Bisons of the International League, where he would remain through 1937, Hall of Fame catcher Ray Schalk is the key to this elusive team issue.  Graded VG/EX 4 by SGC, perhaps due to a faint red mark at the lower-right corner of the image, this card boasts the eye appeal of a higher-grade card.  Regardless of the technical grade, this is a seldom-seen card of a Hall of Fame catcher, who it is said continued to make congratulatory phone calls to the catchers of no-hitters for decades after his retirement.
