Lot Description  

Elegant in its simplicity this is a very rare and desirable Chicago Cubs variation. World War II had recently ended and it was finally time to "Play Ball." This pennant celebrates a glorious time in baseball's history recalling the Cub's 1945 pennant-winning season and the curse of the billy goat. EX/MT condition with a slightly blunt tip and endearing graphics upon gorgeous deep scarlet felt.
