Prior to moving on to UCLA Jackie Robinson attended Pasadena Junior College in 1938 and 1939 excelling in four sports (baseball football basketball and track). This 1939 yearbook depicts Robinson as a member of the varsity football and basketball teams but oddly enough not the baseball team. Appears to be in excellent condition the 9" x 11 3/4" hardcover book has been marked and signed by many classmates of the original owner but with only minor age-related wear and fading to the cover the signatures not impacting the appearance or displayability of the piece.
