Outstanding example of the rookie card of "Mr. Tiger " Hall of Famer Al Kaline. The card is spectacular well-centered with sharp corners and a vivid red background the helps the image jump off the card. A small amount of light chipping along the top border keeps the card at the NL level though the wear is unobtrusive. An outstanding card one of three important rookie cards featured in the 1954 Topps set.
