I have one to sell!
Printed in Cuba on extremely flimsy paper the Caramelo Deportivo Felices issue is unbelievably condition-sensitive. Cuban baseball cards rare to begin with are often found severely worn but cards from this issue even more so due to the thin paper. Folds tears and missing pieces are very common with this issue a 100-"card" caramel set that included many Negro League stars. The cards were often mounted in albums the result being that many of the best-preserved specimens have some fading on the reverse the product of scrapbook removal. Presented here is an attractive grouping of cards from the issue each card presenting with the surface wear typical of these cards. Corners and edges in these example are somewhat stronger than what is typically found with no tears or paper loss at the corners. Collection includes #21 Lou Knerr #23 Red Adams #26 Booker McDaniels #32 Miguel Gonzalez #47 Dick Sisler #55 Adolfo Luque #72 Ray Berres #85 Fermin Guerra and #96 Beto Avila. Nine cards total.
