Exceptional pennant-shaped die-cut yearbook for the 1945 St. Louis Browns (obviously erroneously labeled 1944 in our printed catalog) heralds the team's 1944 American League Championship. 22-page program includes photos of Browns players and team executives team records a listing of Browns players serving in the Armed Forces and biographical information on the new members of the team (including Pete Gray who excelled in the minors despite having just one arm). The game is unscored the program in VG/EX condition with some minor creasing and wear at the edges and spine. Infielder Ellis Clary has signed the scorecard above his photo. A difficult program and yearbook from the WWII era.
