Lot Description  

Attractive Wilson size 7 3/8 Philadelphia Phillies game-worn cap dating from the 1974-1982 time period. The cap exhibits heavy signs of use including staining inside the brim and inner band. The number 20 has been written on the inside brim however this method of numbering is inconsistent with other examples of Mike Schmidt caps reviewed by MEARS. As such whlie MEARS can certify the cap is an official game-worn Phillies cap there is no direct attribution to Mike Schmidt.
