Outstanding T207 card of Buck Weaver that checks a number of boxes for collectors: first and foremost Weaver is a highly desirable player due to his skill and his involvement with the 1919 Black Sox scandal. The T207 issue is one of his more readily available cards in general however the Broadleaf reverse adds some scarcitty to the card the brand name quite desirable among collectors. The grade of POOR 1 assessed by SGC speaks mainly to creasing and wrinkling that breaks the surface of the card however the creasing is not as distracting as one might think. An exceptional card from a misunderstood and highly challenging set.
