Beautiful collector-grade card of John Montgomery Ward from the wonderful N28 Allen & Ginter issue. The grade of GD 2 assigned by SGC seems incongruent with the visual appeal of the card some more pronounced corner rounding may have contributed but is certainly not too disruptive. Staining on the reverse is also mild. Though the grade is likely technically accurate the card would not feel out of place in a VG holder.
