Attractive 1955 Hagerstown Packets minor-league scorecard. The Class B team of the Piedmont League played a game against the York White Roses a minor league affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles that had a young infielder named Brooks Robinson playing in his very first professional season. In this particular game Robinson appeared to take the collar fo the White Roses though he would bat .331 with 11 RBI for the club and earn himself six games in the Show that season. This unique scorecard is dated August 19 1955 and has been signed in blue fiber tip marker on the cover by Robinson himself.
