Strong Reach brand crescent-padded base mitt with an attractive but well-worn leather buckle strap at the wrist. Though the piping and the lacing appear original some small supplemental - and likely vintage - lacing has been added to reinforce the area connecting the thumb to the body of the glove. The crescent padding at the heel remains in strong condition some wear visible throughout. Some light writing is visible on the reverse near the Reach patch which is clear and legible despite the wear. Crescent-model gloves such as this are highly collectible.
