Trio of attractive official Yankee Stadium programs dating to 1951-52. Collection includes: 1) July 4 1951 Scorecard: Scored Game 1 of a doubleheader against the Washington Senators a 5-run Washington 9th securing the 9-6 victory. Gil Coan hit two home runs for Washington while Irv Noren hit one of his own; Johnny Mize Charlie Silvera and Joe Collins homered for the Yankees. The game has been scored in black ink with additional notations and crossouts; aside from a flattened vertical fold down the center the program presents very well with limited wear. Mickey Mantle does not appear on the roster for this game. 2) September 17 1951 Scorecard: Scored neatly in pencil a Yankees' 2-1 win over the Cleveland Indians. In the bottom of the 9th in a 1-1 deadlock Phil Rizzuto executed a squeeze play with the bases loaded scoring Joe DiMaggio to win the game. Gene Woodling has signed the scorecard in blue Sharpie. Some minor staining is evident on the scorecard page and the program exhibits a long-ago flattened crease from folding down the center. Otherwise strong. 3) June 5 1952 Scorecard: Scored in blue pencil the Yankees defeated the Chicago White Sox 6-4. VG/EX condition strong appearance with some light corner wear and a few small corner creases at the bottom-right. Three scorecards total.
