1906 postcard featuring the Washington "P.O.M." team from the Penn-Ohio-Maryland league. At first glance the postcard may seem remarkable and just another amateur team but importantly it features a pre-Major League debut image of Hall of Famer Bill McKechnie. Some light image fading is evident primarily at the left edges and some light pencil writing appears on the reverse which aside from some very mild edge toning is clean. An exceptional team postcard featuring a future Hall of Famer.
