Lot Description  

Attractive 1938 letter on the commissioner's official "Baseball" letterhead to one Howard Pennertz regarding claims made by Pennertz against the Grand Forks minor league club. Landis has signed the letter briskly in black ink. The letter itself is clean with some mild staining in spots and pronounced creases at the folds. Authenticated by James Spence Authentication.
