Extremely desirable card of Hall of Famer Branch Rickey well-known as the man who signed Jackie Robinson and built the framework for what is now the minor league farm system. The card is one of just a handful of cards issued of Rickey during his playing days which were very brief - three seasons between 1905 and 1907 and as a player-manager of the St. Louis Browns in 1914 during which Rickey batted twice with a .000 average. Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA the card is well-centered and bright the telltale caramel stains visible throughout but not too distracting. An extremely valuable and desirable card one of the key cards of the Hall of Famer.
