Tougher card of Baltimore Terrapins (Federal League) pitcher Frank Smith nearing the end of an 11-year career that would see him pitch with five different teams. His best season was probably 1909 when he posted a 25-17 record against a lowly 1.80 ERA for the White Sox pitching in 51 games and leading the league in complete games with 37. The card has attained a grade of VG 3 largely due to the upper-right corner ding. Otherwise strong reasonably well-centered with light corner wear throughout.
