Gorgeous high-grade specimen with sharp corners and a bright crisp image of Braves outfielder Joe Connolly. Connolly played four seasons with the Boston Braves between 1913 and 1916 and was referred to as "slugger" by Boston Sportswriters as he was the only member of the "Miracle Braves" to hit .300. After his skills diminished he was sold to Indianapolis of the American Association and realized that he could make more money playing semipro ball and farming so he ended his pro baseball career.
