The W517 strip card issue of 1931 featured strips of three cards with perforations dividing the three. Uncut strips are occasionally found in the hobby (we featured several in our Fall 2018 auction) but the flimsy perforations often cause the cards to organically detach from one another over the years. Thus seems to be the case with this pair featuring Hall of Famer Eddie Roush (misspelled "Rausch" on the card) and Bill Shore. The missing card at the top would have been Hall of Famer Freddy Lindstrom. The strip presents well technically grading VG due to softer upper corners and edges.
