Spectacular early in-game photo depicting Pennsylvania and Princeton playing in front of a large crowd circa 1905. Oversized photo measures 13" x 9" much of the reverse has been covered with tape and several Culver Pictures labels. Editorial notes and stamps are visible as is the Culver logo. In-game photos of this vintage are seldom seen; this is a wonderful example that depicts the players on the field in action referees (wearing suits one with a cane) looking on. Tape covering the reverse prevents us from examining the reverse and determining "Type 1" status however it remains a beautiful early vintage photo.
