Lot Description  

April 4 1974 letter from Lee MacPhail to Bud Selig then president of the Milwaukee Brewers on official American League Baseball letterhead. The subject matter of the letter includes the pending sale of the Texas Rangers to a group including Brad Corbett an Executive Committee meeting regarding potential expansion and the possibility of the Brewers moving one home game to Washington DC preferably a Baltimore Orioles game. The letter is in excellent condition hole-punched twice at the top for filing purposes and signed "Lee" by MacPhail. Basic cert from James Spence Authentication.
