Inserted into Old London snack food packages in 1965 the 1 1/2" diameter coins resemble the 1964 Topps "All-Stars" coins in that they depict a posed photograph of the subject against a metallic blue background with some biographical information on the reverse. The issue numbered 40 coins were produced by the same company that produced the coins for Topps. Sharp higher-grade complete set grades roughly EX-MT to NM the coins each exhibiting full and rich color with very little signs of wear. Each of the coins are stapled into a white collectible coin display and we have elected to leave them "as-is " as they display wonderfully in their binder. An exceptional set. 40 coins total.
