Hero of the 1951 season for the New York Giants Bobby Thomson was an underrated player who was a legitimate home run hitter who drove in 100 or more runs four times between 1949 and 1953. Presented here is a very difficult to find complete box of Royal Dessert with product still inside featuring the Bobby Thomson card on the reverse panel. The box does exhibit some visible wear at the edges and tabs in G condition with some markings on the tabs and some staining on the right edge of the card itself. Complete boxes of Royal Desserts with the cards still intact are far more difficult to find than the cards themselves particularly when the box includes a star or fan favorite on the reverse. Those cards were obviously far more likely to be purchased and cut away by young fans making unopened boxes difficult to find today.
