Exceptional easel-backed team photo featuring the 1961 Cincinnati Reds. Measuring 13 1/2" x 11 1/2" the photo is laminated to a piece of easel-backed particle board. Lithographed by the Keller-Crescent Company of Cincinnati the piece was likely offered by the radio station that broadcast Reds games in 1961 featuring announcers Waite Hoyt (HOF) and Jack Moran both of whom are pictured on the piece. Players are identified at the bottom of the piece and include a young Frank Robinson in the front row. The piece does exhibit some wear from display including surface abrasions and staining along the bottom edge along with some corner dings. A notch appears along the right edge where the piece has somehow been cut slightly though it does not interfere with the image at all. The easel back is intact though a grommet at the top of the cardboard easel is well-worn (thought probably still functional for hanging). The water staining evident at the bottom front is more evident on the reverse. Despite the wear a very attractive piece.
