While the card is relatively clean and the image crisp and clear the left and right edges of the piece both exhibit significant wear in the form of heavy creasing on the very left edge and discoloration and paper clipping at the upper-right corner. Copyright credit is given to the Pictorial News Co. the advertising message promoting Pennsylvania Portland Cement the implication being that the cement was used to construct the Polo Grounds.
