Interesting real photo postcard dated to August 2 of 1908 by the handwriting on the postcard picturing the Boston Red Sox playing against the Detroit Tigers at Bennett Park. The clarity of the image is remarkable; taken from the third base side the grandstands and players are displayed with tremendous detail. The postcard was mailed on October 24 of 1908 and does exhibit some light surface wear and age-related discoloration at the edges. Still an interesting postcard depicting Bennett Park from a unique angle during game play.
