Pair of official scorecards dating to the 1950s including a 1950 Pittsburgh Pirages game against the Boston Braves and a 1957 Washington Senators game against the Chicago White Sox. Collection includes: 1) 1950 Pittsburgh Pirates Forbes Field Official Progoram and Scorecard: Though August 29 is written on the cover of the scorecard the scoring and identification of the game as "Game 1" against the Braves likely dates this scorecard to August 27 a 7-3 13-inning victory for the Braves. The printed lineups on this card are significantly different from those that actually appeared in the game. VG/EX condition metlculously scored light handwritten notations (that appear to have had the date corrected to August 27 perhaps by the original scorer) on the cover. 2) 1957 Washington Senators Griffith Stadium Official Program and Scorecard: Likely dating to June 29 a 7-1 White Sox win behind a complete game by Jack Harshman and home runs from Bubba Phillips and Jim Rivera. A Roy Sievers homer accounted for Washington's only run. FAIR-POOR condition due to the cover separating at the spine nearly completely otherwise presents VG with some corner and edge wear. Two programs total.
