Elaborate 21" x 18 1/2" retail advertising display promoting baseball cards included with boxes of Hostess Twinkies and Cup Cakes. Pop-up style display is three-dimensional picturing the "Twinkie the Kid" and "Captain Cupcake" characters on a baseball field with five children a crowd of fans in the grandstands. Four flags advertise Hostess products the scoreboard reading "HEY KIDS! FREE BASEBALL CARDS." The piece features a number of moving parts and three-dimensional components; the four flags at the top are very delicate and the flagpoles quite thin; as a result some wear is evident along with weakening of the flag areas. Otherwise strong an excellent companion piece for a Hostess card collector.
