One of four cards from the 1953 Stahl-Meyer issue to contain a Hall of Famer this example of the Giants' Monte Irvin has been graded GOOD 2 by PSA due to overall wear and some small specks of paper loss on the front. Despite this the presentation is strong for the issue as the Stahl-Meyer cards are subject to a host of condition issues due to their method of distribution (inside packages of hot dogs). While some light ink transfer is evident there is little sign of the kind of staining that many of these cards exhibit; a fine example for the grade.
