One of the key cards to the extremely popular 1948 Leaf set that of Hall of Famer Ted Williams. While not "fresh" to the hobby the card has resided ungraded for quite some time; when it was consigned to our auction we submitted it ourselves to PSA for evaluation. As such it has been evaluated by PSA after the hobby became aware of some of the issues with 1948 Leaf cards submitted for grading over the past few years. This example is clean and reasonably well-centered with honest corner and edge wear along with mild surface wear consistent with the grade. An exceptional card.
