Extraordinarily rare card from an issue that is seen so seldom that it is believed that the Felin's Franks cards were never actually distributed to consumers. The cards are so rare that they routinely sell into the thousands in any grade with VCP not recording even a single sale of the sets Hall of Famers Robin Roberts and Richie Ashburn. What makes the cards interesting is that the stats on the right panel do not correspond with the photo on the left; collectors were challenged with matching the pictures to the stats of 30 subjects for a chance to win prizes. With no checklist however three or four cards of the 30 have never even been seen the Standard Catalog actually speculates on who two of them are. An exceptional rarity one where grade is virtually unimportant (but VG 3 is one of the higher grades assigned by any grading company that has seen cards from this issue).
