Lot Description  

Attractive midgrade example from this difficult regional issue graded EX 5 due to some light surface staining on the front likely from the adhesive backing typical for the issue. The reverse is cleaner than is typical with even toning and discoloration at the edges and the peel area (from the aging adhesive backing of the sticker).
