Gorgeous signed 1941 Playball card of Babe Dahlgren a player with a fascinating story as the first player ever to be tested for drug use. Known as the player who took over for Lou Gehrig at first base a false rumor that Dahlgren was a user of marijuana likely derailed his career and resulted in his voluntary testing in 1943. The story is the subject of a book called Rumor In Town authored by Dahlgren's grandson Matt. One of just three signed examples in PSA's population report a recent submission.
