The 1914 T214 Victory Tobacco issue is widely considered one of the most challenging tobacco card sets ever produced with each example's population many times scarcer than the T206 Honus Wagner card. This example of Hall of Famer Chief Bender has been graded POOR 1 by SGC the same grade assigned to nearly 30% of the 58 cards from the issue graded by SGC. In fact this example is one of just two Benders to have been graded by SGC (plus one "no trees" variation) the other graded just GOOD 2. An incredible scarcity in any grade the Hall of Fame status of the subject only adding to the desirability of the card.
