Clean original E98 of Hall of Famer Chief Bender with a desirable blue background. Well-centered with corner rounding and some moderate chipping of the right edge befitting of the grade. Prior to the Black Swamp Find attractive E98 cards were scarce and cards with this level of visual appeal highly desirable. The Black Swamp find released hundreds of higher-grade examples into the hobby over a short period; most collectors consider those cards almost to be a separate set from the original cards which were distributed in their year of issue and handled for a century.
