Prior to the Black Swamp find it would have been far easier to explain the scarcity of this card - however the addition of 11 PSA 8 and five PSA 9 red background Clarke cards to the population reports it gets slightly more difficult. Thankfully PSA wisely decided to separate the Black Swamp cards from the rest of the population reports which enables us to explain that the blue background E98s are tougher and were tougher prior to the Black Swamp find as well. This is the highest-graded blue background Clarke in PSA's pop report and one of just seven graded EX or better of ANY color save for five high-grade red ones we feel are likely just miscategorized Black Swamp cards (three red 8s and two red 9s). A gorgeous well-centered example with some mild dirt at the bottom border and some slight corner touches a fantastic card.
