Grouping of three important vintage baseball books. Collection includes: 1) Umpiring From the Inside by Billy Evans. Original 1947 printing with original dust jacket clean with some age-related discoloration to the edges of the pages a few pencil markings on the inside front cover and flyleaf. Dust jacket does exhibit some edge wear as well as discoloration at the spine. 2) Baseball 1845-1881 by Preston D. Orem. Outstanding collection of newspaper articles and photos an excellent reference tool. In outstanding condition hardly used. 3) My Fifty Years in Baseball by Ed Barrow. Original 1951 printing with original dust jacket. Book is in excellent condition with some age-related toning to the pages and a few stray marks on the inside flyleaf. Dust jacket is worn but intact a small section of paper loss at the bottom-left portion of the front cover. Three books total.
